MZero is a pioneering global effort to discover the compound that prevents malaria transmission.

A mosquito lands on human skin billions of times a day. The most effective prevention, a compound called diethyltoluamide, was discovered 80 years ago, before the microwave, the birth control pill, and machines knew how to learn.

Our goal is to screen more compounds every month than the world has screened in 80 years. To get there, we're open-source by default: every predictive model, method, and dataset is free for researchers to build and publish on.
